I woke up as if consumed and extinguished;
My strength swollen and tired.
Flames washed cold and dried out.

Nightmares has blanketed my sleep. Every night with churning heartbeat;
I longed more for an antidote.

Let the kind light spark this eventide;
Sing lullabies of courage and faith.
Warmth from the heaven mend my soul.
